Just a quickie posting of this tree I sketched on my walk today - took some Time Out from computer colouring. I'm planning to join in Vivien's Tree Challenge when the rush is over - you can never have enough tree practice!
It's true you never can enough tree-painting practice--it's like painting people's portraits: each is an individual. Lovely job here--the combination of washes and line is just great.
Lovely lines and foliage. I especially love the pale red bleeding into the green at front tree center/bottom. This is the perfect computer break activity. Fresh air and 3-D!
Graceful and lovely and very treelike! You're right about the neverending need for drawing trees. I love yours.
