It's not as good as yours, but as I've had 3 people accept the challenge it's successful that way.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17511653763073963362noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4859449716295663213.post-89102109943880724632010-06-09T18:25:59.944+02:002010-06-09T18:25:59.944+02:00A very touching post! It is just heart breaking listening to the news and seeing the oil soaked birds. Tragic too for the men who lost their lives on the oil rig. Their families' loss so very permanent.Gillianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03994846953739263248noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4859449716295663213.post-19371255111492239812010-06-07T19:13:47.294+02:002010-06-07T19:13:47.294+02:00You're such a caring, thoughtful person, Cathy...You're such a caring, thoughtful person, Cathy. We're appalled by the disaster too... and waiting anxiously to see if it wends its way to our state. I agree with Laura that Cathy's seagull would be ideal for a t-shirt - the gull seems to be surprised, hesitating to land in newly-polluted waters. But Laura's is equally strong, direct and complete. Are there some silkscreen artists out there who could do this??Shelbyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10126828434589366412noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4859449716295663213.post-81784852391205581662010-06-06T15:38:28.826+02:002010-06-06T15:38:28.826+02:00What a beautiful image, Cathy--it's touching a...What a beautiful image, Cathy--it's touching and inspiring!<br />Not to be crass, but I think this painting'd look great on T-shirts!laurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11999450626008299190noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4859449716295663213.post-3027103968989627792010-06-06T15:37:38.274+02:002010-06-06T15:37:38.274+02:00Beautiful, Cathy!
